Hi my beautiful friends. First of all, I wanted to apologize for being absent from the blog. I was in Poland visiting my family and I thought I was going to write a couple of posts, but I decided to give myself a break. Sometimes it’s nice to step back and recharge to come back with new ideas and energy. I feel like many bloggers (me included) push themselves very hard and in doing that we lose the joy of blogging. That’s why I decided to put my blog on hold for a little while and spend some quality time with my family, being fully present and in the moment.
Today I am coming back to you with simple leopard print nails. Leopard print nails have never fail me before and I love making them. It’s a fast and easy nail art and I haven’t made any leopard in a while, so I am very excited to be showing you these.
I started off my leopard print nails by applying a nude base. I used LACC no. 1993. It’s such a gorgeous shade of peachy nude, right up my alley! The formula was on a thinner side, but the layers were drying fast and I ended up applying three coats. The brown leopard spots are made with OPI You Don’t Know Jacques and my thin nail art brush. I used LVX Livid for the black accents. I think the diagonal spots look pretty cool, right?
What do you guys think? Do you also love making leopard print nails? I think leopard designs are so versatile. You can choose to keep your nail art classy or go crazy with the colors and make something more eccentric.
Please let me know your thoughts in the comment section below and have the most awesome Monday!
